jitaw Terms and Conditions

1.1 Key Terms

• "Platform" — The jitaw website and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" — The person who has opened an account and/or is using the platform.
• "Account" — Your personal profile registered on jitaw.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits added to your account.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount you must wager to make bonus winnings eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" — Online games, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment activities.

2.1 Eligibility Conditions

To open an account on jitaw, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Register under your own identity — registration on behalf of others or under a false identity is prohibited.
• Maintain only one account. Opening multiple accounts is considered a violation of these Terms and all accounts may be closed.
• All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.2 Account Verification

jitaw may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time. If you fail to provide the required documents, jitaw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login information confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jitaw supports the following mobile banking methods in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Mobile financial service by BRAC Bank
• Nagad — Digital financial service by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Mobile wallet by United Commercial Bank

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• jitaw reserves the right to review any withdrawal for reasonable cause.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jitaw offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳14,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 — total balance ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may not claim any single promotion more than once.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — until the wagering requirement is completed.
• jitaw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found on any account, the relevant bonus will be cancelled.

5.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

jitaw's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

You can advance to higher tiers through regular active play. The benefits of each tier are determined by jitaw and are subject to change.

6.1 General Game Rules

• jitaw is a safe and reliable platform where games are conducted in accordance with fair play principles.
• If a technical error occurs in any game, the relevant round may be declared void and the wager may be refunded.
• Any attempt to manipulate game software or results is a violation of these Terms and grounds for account termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Attempting to predetermine or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other members.

7.1 Commitment to Safe Play

jitaw is not responsible for losses caused by technical disruptions, internet connection issues, or faults in third-party services. We always strive to provide a safe and reliable experience, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact the jitaw support team first. We are committed to resolving all disputes as quickly and fairly as possible.

• All complaints will be reviewed as promptly as possible upon receipt.
• During the review, the arguments of both parties will be considered.
• jitaw's decision will be considered final.

11.1 Right to Update

jitaw reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for important changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
